Copy of the second, two-page letter from Pte Alexander Murrary to his brother-in-law David dated 27 Feb 1900, with address given as 'Mexican on deep blue sea'. Alick reports that he "did not get seasick" despite being on deck sentry "2 hours on and 4 hours off" throughout a stormy night with "the waves washing over the deck". The short letter arises "as I have to post it tonight as we will be calling at a island tomorrow".
