Typescript notes for a book about Sutherland by Miss Lyon, with handwritten additions and amendments. Incorporates many of the previously catalogued articles and notes. Chapter 5 focuses on the Mackays. This chapter appears to be very provisional, with one version sewn, one loose and several loose sheets of notes. Originally in brown paper cover (thrown away).
The 28 loose sheets plus 14 sewn together with fine thread are on flimsy paper. To avoid any damage they have not been scanned to provide a pdf copy.
