Graham on Poor Law
Book entitled "the law relating to the poor and to parish councils" by J. Edward Graham, KC. Lists various cases throughout Scotland. 394 pp. in maroon cover. Maroon cloth covered hardback covers with the tooled initials of published in small box on front and the title, "New Edition" and publisher in gold lettering on spine. Worn along edges of covers and spine. Some staining on front cover. Pages are in good condition but in a few places are becoming slightly loose. There are a few pencil marks highlighting references and a slip of paper with references. Also part of an envelope with two 1 and half pence stamps of George VI dated 9 Aug '38 and references inside. On the back page in pencil is the date 26 Aug 1929.
