A handwritten letter dated Jan 11th from Private S Blundell, batman to Capt Rose, forwarding his diary for onward transmission to Mrs Rose. The letter refers to a flask also forwarded for Mrs Rose and the enquiries made by Pte Blundell about Capt Rose's kit which he was told was sent home.
