Upright wooden unwinder for skeins of wool, prior to winding bobbins for weaving etc. Known as a 'Rice'. Reels top and bottom with frame in between. Bottom reel is adjustable between three positions. Possibly home-made. Uprights are fixed to feet with two screws.
