Tool for increasing or decreasing the size of rings. Consists of a heavy metal stand, black and decorated with gold, with a flywheel on the top. The wheel raises and lowers a vertical shaft into a selected template which slots in place underneath. There are three circular brass templates each with five holes of different sizes. A separate spindle behind the flywheel holds seven brass adjusters of different sizes which are pushed into the template holes by the shaft. The stand has holes so that it can be mounted on a workbench. It is marked A Pinfold & Co Patentees Bradford England.
