Colour photograph of the Mound bridge with the Inverness to Thurso/Wick railway line skirting the wood and Loch Fleet.
The old Mound road bridge can be seen to the left of the new bridge, with a car park at its southern end. The route of the Dornoch Light Railway line crossed this car park and via a mound towards the main line station in the woodland on the left.
