Aerial photograph of the Mound

Colour photograph of the A9 sweeping across the Mound. The old Dornoch Light Railway level crossing gate house can be seen at the southern end of the Mound and at the northern end, on the right, in front of the white house the Y junction indicating the old route of the railway line to the Mound Junction with the old station building just visible in the trees.

From a box of 23 colour 35mm slides taken by Peter Wild during a microlight flight in summer 2003.
