A series of early colour photographs taken by Andrew Carnegie's wife Louise Carnegie using Autochrome process. The first was given the title "Rhododendrons".
A note, included in the album of these photographs, from Iain Bremner to Mrs Grant, who worked at Skibo, provides information on the Autochrome technique (see 2000_019).
