Has anyone got current news of Kenneth Mackenzie (Lochinver) as I believe that he was in the same ward as me in Lawson Memorial in Golspie Hospital in the winter of 1946. I was then six years old and he was of a similar age. I was there for about three weeks after having had an op for what they then called a "burst appendix". I think that he had the same op. We had a great time there being absolutely spoilt by all the staff.
