I think this might be one of my ancestors! My 4xgreat-grandfather was William Sutherland, farm grieve at Pitgrudy (from at least 1859 until he died in 1889). His wife Elizabeth (aka Elspet) died in 1875, so it could be her pictured in 1873. What do you think? Do you think William might be the man standing to the side?
