Medal contained in a black leather box, lined in cream velvet and silk. Silver medal with a deep blue ribbon inscribed 'Sutherland Bonspiel Feb 1st 1912 Won by R. R. Johnstone'. On the reverse has engraved two shields and the Sutherland cat with curling stone and crossed brushes.
