Dean of Guild Court Dornoch Petition dated 4th May 1949. This folded document relates to the petition of William Wright, "Dairyman...in the Burgh of Dornoch", for a warrant to alter and repair old byre premises in St. Gilbert Street, Dornoch, in particular to raise the level of the outside walls by 3 feet, to make two doors and three new windows, and last to remove the old iron roof and re-roof the byre with asbestos in accordance with the (then-current) new Board of Health rules and regulations in connection with milk receiving depots.
