A montage of colour photographs accompanying an article in the Northern Times published on 31 January 2020 reporting that the Historylinks pre-clearance project had got underway. The focal point of the project is the pre-clearance settlement close to the A9 at Dalnamain on the road to Loch Buidhe. As shown in the photographs, the Young Curators Club visited the site as a preliminary to their construction of a model of the settlement. In tandem the project involves workshops aimed at immersing participants in different aspects of culture at the time. The bottom right photograph shows spoons produced from scrap metal at a workshop by Peter Rowland.
