Series of 24 photographs from family archives related to John Jappy who was from 1976 a Police Constable in Dornoch (previously PC at Bonar '67-'76. This is the mornochrome group photograph was that used for the Northern Times article of May 7, 1976 recording the gathering of twenty five members of the Scottish Police Federation's Joint Central Committee in the Burghfield Hotel, Dornoch. John Jappy is in the centre of the photograph in the standing group, ninth from the left.
