Herring Girls Part 1

Part 1 of a film produced by Peter Wild recording the recollections of 'Herring Girls', Christine and Bella Mackay of Embo, providing an account of their experiences in following the herring to various fishing ports in Scotland and England.

This film was originally produced as a DVD recording. It has been upgraded to MP4 format in the interests of providing direct access, enhancing the online 'virtual museum' presence. The 'Herring Girls' is in three parts of c 20 minutes duration 2017_056_02 to 04.
