Extract from the Northern Times published on 4 April 2014 reporting the great success of the new community shop in Embo. It is hoped that the shop, temporarily housed in the committee room of the Embo Football Pavilion will be able to relocate to the new community centre in 2015. The accompanying photograph shows volunteer Marie Roach stacking the shelves in the new shop.
