Book of 16 pages published in a red card cover with two colour photographs of Dornoch Cathedral - that on the rear cover taken in snow and showing the churchyard. The content, entitled 'Dornoch Cathedral Glory of the North' by the Rev James A Simpson is liberally illustrated with colour and monochrome photographs, drawings and, on the inside of the rear cover, a plan of the cathedral with accompanying listing of Bishops of Caithness, Post-Reformation BIshops and Ministers of the Cathedral to 1976. The booklet was published to coincide with the Cathedral's 750th celebrations in 1989. The Rear Cover bears a sticker with the previous address of the donor
