Leaded copper alloy/Iron – shield shaped horse harness plate/mount – copper alloy front with the words ‘F ROBERTSON, SADDLER, BONAR BRIDGE’ in an decorative border attached to a lead back with iron attachments. Late 19th- 20thC Discovered by a metal detectorist on Pitgrudy Farm, Dornoch. A similar horse harness plate of the same saddler is at picture #13114
