Copper alloy – flat button with a design on front of elaborate interlocked letters – bag is labelled ‘LIV – Loyal Inverness’ with addition Highlanders Regiment of Fencible Infantry (1794-1802) stationed Ireland. Discovered by a metal detectorist on Pitgrudy Farm, Dornoch.
