First page of the album inscribed 'Property of the Royal Burgh of Dornoch'. Many cuttings are accompanied by photographs and cartoons, plus diagrams of hits on targets. Items extend over the period 1890 to 1921. Some cuttings include newspaper title 'The Scotsman'. A number of loose items contained in Polyweld sleeves at the rear of the album.
