Monochrome photograph mounted on cardboard of a Dornoch Town Councillor. A pencil note on the rear of the mount suggests this is Hugh F Campbell, an Aberdeen lawyer who had property in Dornoch and became a Town Councillor. However other portraits received in this Town Council Gift (2006_172_01 and 03) bear the same pencil annotation but shown different individuals. There is reference to H F Campbell, Solicitor Dornoch in two Dispositions in the museum's collection of Dornoch Town Council documents - see 2004_316_911.
