Monochrome photograph mounted on cardboard of a Dornoch Town Councillor. Photograph shows him as a young man in dress robes. A pencil note on the rear of the mount suggests this is Hugh F Campbell, an Aberdeen lawyer who had property in Dornoch and became a Town Councillor. However other portraits received in this Town Council Gift (2006_172_02 and 03) bear the same pencil annotation but shown different individuals.
