Front page from 'The Graphic' with image of King Edward VII

Front page from 'The Graphic' of 20 September 1902 with an illustration of King Edward VII on the the footplate of railway engine travelling on the Dornoch light railway on his way to Dunrobin Castle during his visit to the Duke and Duchess of Sutherland in 1902. The page inscription includes reference to the light railway being opened in June 1901. There is a distant (somewhat enlarged) view of the monument to the first Duke of Sutherland at the summit of Ben Bhraggie.
