Water trough commemorating the Coronation of King Edward VII which was intended for cattle at Dornoch railway station and was removed to the Tourist Office at that time in the old Post Office in Dornoch Square. It was moved from the Tourist Office, at their request, and repositioned in 2003 adjacent to the front entrance of Historylinks Museum. It has been painted and put to use as a flower container. The metal trough has a plaque at one end "In commemoration of the Coronation of His Majesty King Edward and of his visit to Dornoch 1902".
