A heavily corroded Colt revolver dug up in 1984 from 203 Lednabirichen croft. The finder submitted an enquiry to the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery. The response (catalogued as 2011.041.02) can be viewed by clicking on the right pointing arrowhead adjacent to Cat No.) The assessment is that the revolver is most likely .36 calibre Colt Navy Revolver c 1851
