Letter from architects S Butterworth & Duncan, Rochdale, giving costs of construction of Carnegie Library at Wardle, dated June 21st 1905. Presumably obtained to inform planning of Dornoch's own Carnegie Library. A scribbled note on the back, circulated with the letter, suggests that the letter was originally accompanied by a plan of the Wardle Library. Sfs.
