George Bell died in 1921 so it must be earlier than that.

Ann Bell, sister of George Bell, is on the 1891 census together with Georgina Gunn Bell, George's daughter by his first wife, Elizabeth Sutherland Gunn.

Ann Bell died 7 January 1895 aged 47 in Dornoch (informant Geo Bell, brother)

I believe it must be George Bell with his second wife Christina in the photograph so the date is between 1901 (when the Carnegie Shield was presented) and 1919

George Bell married (1st) Elizabeth Sutherland Gunn, daughter of Alex Gunn of Sutherland Arms, 6 Mar 1878. Their daughter Georgina Bell Gunn was aged 2.
No mention of Eliz on 1881 census, but 4yr old Georgina was with George, his sister Ann and their brother John.
George married (2nd)Christina Annie Grant between 1891 and 1901.
Christina's father was Donald Grant, hardware merchant. Her mother was Ann Allan who, after being widowed, married William Mackay, joiner.
Christina Annie Bell (m.s. Grant) died 17 July 1919.
