Copy letter from A.Campbell to Board of Agriculture for Scotland, objecting to compulsory leasing of land at Balloan for allotments, with handwritten comments at bottom (added by Hector Mackay?) stating that Campbell was a councillor, that he had been present at all meetings re. allotments, and that he had been present at a meeting of applicants and had applied for an allotment himself, Jan.13th 1922.
