Small butter churn consisting of aluminium mechanism fixed into top of square sided glass jar. Operated by turning shaft with red wooden handle, which via simple cog system on top of jar spins the wooden paddles inside. "Economical and easily operated The British Blow Butter Churn". Used at Torboll Farm until the 1950s. Lid slightly rusty.
