WW2 khaki battle dress tunic with a Mackanzie tartan patch on each shoulder and a blue square with the letters HD [Highland Division]in a circle in red. Single crown on each sleeve, badge of rank of a Warrant Officer Class 2 Company Sergeant Major. The insignia are of the Seaforth Highlanders 51st Highland Division. A small black and white photo of two soldiers and two young women was tucked inside the back of one of the pockets.
