WW1 bronze plaque in memory of John Alexander Gilliespie. Circular with Britannia and a lion and the inscription HE DIED FOR FREEDOM AND HONOUR around the edge. There is a small mark with "WA" interlaced on the back, could be the maker/manufacturer. Underneath the lion is a line with a smaller lion/dog figure and what looks like a wing. There are the letters "E C?P" near the foot of the lion. The plaque accompanies scroll 2002_257.
