Black enamelled. cylindrical metal lamp, with top and rear handles and large glass lens on hinged door. A central cylindrical insert can be removed by operating a brass trigger, at the top of the rear handle, and lifting the top handle. The insert has red, green and clear round glass panels. The inner part of the lamp has a round, concave metal reflector and cylindrical oil lamp, with adjustable wick. Lamp is embossed 'LMS'
