Colour photograph of a bible given as a birthday gift by Charles Bentinck to his son Charles Macpherson Bentinck in 1920. Subsequently the bible was given to the daughter of Charles Macpherson and onwards to her son Jeff Dennis when he was very young. Inside the front cover is the inscription 'Charles M Bentinck with all good wishes for his birthday and for his success in life from his Father, Dornoch 26/12/20" and underneath "Grandson Jeffrey Stuart Dennis"
