MEDS No 2310' addressed to Mrs H Rose in Camberley with postmark 1920, which contained a short typewritten instruction concerning the wearing of the oak leaf mentioned in despatches emblem and two medal ribbons. The medal ribbon shown on the left is the British War Medal 1914-20 and the mirrored rainbow ribbon on the right is the Victory Medal WW1
