I have one that is all gold at least it appears to be gold with the marks on the back. How much are they worth ? Comment left on 14 July 2015 at 20:07 by Charlie
I have an identical cap badge which was my father's. He was a piper in the HLI band and I have several other mementos of his, his chanter and a photo of the band taken in 1919. He was born in April 1900 and luckily missed the worst of the fighting. Comment left on 30 July 2017 at 05:02 by David Jardine
