Photograph shows a group of eight Seaforth Highlanders based at Fort George in 1915; George Mackay, Proncrycroy, is third from right. On the reverse is a postcard message addressed to "Dear Old Folks", probably his parents, William and Jemima Mackay. The message also refers to Simon Bain, Skibo, pictured wearing a sporran.
