This appears to be the 12th Century Heath Chapel in Shropshire, for more details see: www.westgallerychurches.com/Salop/Heath%20Chapel/Heath%20Chapel.html

It is possible the image on the HistoryLinks website is reversed, as all other images I have seen show the door on what would the "opposite" or "far side" to the doorway the gentleman is stood in.
