Don't think this is Dornoch. The house is built in an English style, red brick? with Georgian window sashes and a hipped and slated roof. Not a Scottish style of house.

Miss Lyon often stayed in the Shropshire area where this photograph will have been taken. The museum felt that the composition of Miss Lyon's photographs, illustrating her artistry, were worth inclusion in our website
