Dark green card covered book with red spine. The ruled pages contain dates and details of postage from 1937 to 1975, and then, with a gap, postage and phone calls 1986-1987. At the end of each year there is a total of expenditure annotation 'received payment' and relevant signature. The inside cover includes details of the originator E. W. Brannen (Hon. Sec). The rear page of the book has details of the number of poppies sent to Embo, Clashmore and Balvraid in 1942-44, and 1945.
