Photocopy of plans for the proposed reinstatement of the Sutherland Arms Hotel for H. R. Baxter in 1948. The hotel had burned down the previous year. The plans are marked as approved by the Town Council, but the redevelopment was never carried out. Two loose sheets.
Audit 01 - the Hotel actually burnt down on the 11th January 1941.
