GPO Instructions for dealing with High Value Packets Rg55, issued August 1968. 21 sheets of instructions riveted in brown card covers. This was in the old Dornoch post office while it was used as a tourist and admin. office by the Highlands of Scotland Tourist Board.
Audit 01 - the covers are both torn in the same place, with some stains and biro marks on the front. Rivets are starting to rust.
