Notice of a Short Cist and its contents found near Dunrobin Castle Mar 24th 1880 read before Sutherland Field Club Ap 6th 1880, also a note of subsequent discovery in the same Mound of an Urn with incinerated human bones & part of a Bronze implement or ornament Septr 1880. Describes finding and contents of cist burial, which included a female skeleton, unbroken urn, a scraper and two flint flakes, 118 tiny shale discs, and quartz pebbles. Report (in Rev Joass's handwriting) includes a pen and ink drawing of the cist and another of the beaker. 9 sheets sewn.
