Calum, the goalkeeper looks to me very like Kenny Ratell (Selina's brother)from Embo and not Billy Cowie. What do you think? But I hear that Billy is now living in Golspie and Kenny in Southampton so perhaps we might even get a chirp from either of them to put the matter to rest. Kenneth - That could well be the case - from speaking with Panda and Dennis
they seemed to think that Billy Cowie was their Goalkeeper but of course on the day when the photo was taken he may not have been there ! Lets hope that they have a look at the photo and can remember what they looked like then !!

I've just come across this photo, and Calum's contributions from six years ago. Calum's identification of one of the players as Ian MacLean is incorrect, as my brother Ian is not in the photo at all. Also, I'd question the caption's description of the team as "Dornoch 3rd Eleven". I think it's clearly a youth team (under 17, under 18, or whatever) rather than a third eleven.
