Monochrome group photograph of Dornoch School swimming instruction at the Bathing House at Dornoch beach. The school was then in what was to become the Social Club at School Hill, Dornoch. The Headmaster Mr Hourston 1907 - 1921 is at right rear and the swimming instructor with his boater is standing on the left. James Macdonald is in the front row seated on the right.
