Maroon hard covered note book, with brown leather spine, bearing a white label at the centre of the front cover with hand-written title 'Clashmore WRI Minutes 1930-44. The hand-written minutes, from 14th December 1930 to 19th April 1944, are in an informal style, varying from half page to one-and-a-half page length. Each minute bears the signature of the President or Vice President at the end ~ presumably this annotation being the formal mark of acceptance of the minutes. The thumbnail images provide examples of the minutes for the period 14th December 1930 to 14th May 1931,
