Monochrome photograph of three soldiers in Seaforth's uniform of non-dress kilt and battledress tunic, all holding rifles. On the reverse inscription "l to r Sgt H John MacGregor, Pte Robert Grant, Pte Willie Hugh Innes Seaforths uniform".

It isn't a non-dress kilt. These men are wearing kilt and glengarry covers. This photograph was probably taken shortly before the 5th Seaforths left Bedford since I believe they were issued with the cap covers shortly before their departure for France.
It's not a battledress tunic either. Battledress wasn't introduced until 1937. They are wearing service dress tunics. Pte Grant also has an Imperial Service Brooch above his right tunic pocket
