Article by Richard Ault, with title 'Crumbling mausoleum waits for lease of life', covers the uncertain future of the only Grade 1 listed building in the Potteries', built in 1808 on the orders of the Duchesss of Sutherland. The mausoleum was built by the architect, Charles Heathcote Tatam, as a 'gateway to heaven' to provide a lasting tribute to the Sutherland family.
