Between 28 July and 28 August 1931, US Secretary of State Henry Lewis Stimson visited London and Rogart. He had the let of Sciberscross where he invited British Prime Minister, Ramsay MacDonald. and his daughter to stay as his guests. It was during this visit that the PM presented the prizes at the games.
