Model Javelin Mk VIII aircraft built by Peter MacDonald in his 20's working from original plans.
The model has the following areas of damage (which were present of delivery to Historylinks):
Top fuselage - hairline crack along the length due to age and a full length crack with filler.
Undercarriage - damaged
Missiles - damage to fins
UHF aerial - broken

Peter MacDonald left school aged 14 to make money to support his family after the death of his father. He was a sign writer in Dornoch from 1970 to 1990's
